Jen and Brad's story begins in the Fall of 2004 when Jen Purkey became a chef at the General Denver here in Wilmington. Brad came along as a bartender in the following spring. Their friendship started as co-workers and would eventually grow into becoming business partners today. Together they help co-run Trail Haus as well as Kava Haus.
